Jacqueline
Frost is the head designer/owner of the foremost (only) fashion house in the
North Pole, called “ Blue Snowflake”. Since the North Pole is governed by
Santa Claus there’s always a little tension between Jacqueline and Santa.
She’s also responsible for the elves uniforms which is always a fight since
she sees them in chic little outfits and Santa sees them in traditional
clothing. Needless to say...the elves simply adore Jacqueline!
