Ordering Information: Ways to Order:
Payments: Use your Visa or MasterCard securely and for the fastest shipment. We also accept checks and money orders. We do not take PayPal. We ask that all payment problems, such as declined credit cards, be cleared up within 5 days, or the order may be cancelled. The minimum credit card charge is $25. Pre-Orders: Pre-orders are encouraged. Many items are limited editions and when we sell out, we may not be able to get any more. Why lose out on getting your favorites or paying higher prices on the secondary market? Pre-order today! But please remember your pre-order is as much a guaranteed reservation by us as a commitment to purchase by you. Cancellations do have ramifications for both parties. We charge a deposit to your credit card within a few days to secure your order. This charge is not refundable. Any credit card transaction carries a minimum of $25. We charge your credit card and ship your items as soon as they arrive, unless prior arrangements have been made with us. We hold items no longer than 5 days. If this makes you nervous, please consider a Payment Plan when pre-ordering. Lay-Aways and Payment Plans: Lay-Away is offered for individual items of $200 or more. Payment Plans are offered periodically for special occasions, such as early pre-orders. In either case, payments are at least $100 per month for no longer than 6 months. Shipping: Well-packed and usually shipped via the US Postal Service - Priority Mail. If it is a very large box, we may find it less expensive for you to ship via UPS. Small, unbreakable items may be shipped 1st Class Mail in a padded envelope. We can de-box outfits by request. We pledge to charge fair prices for shipping. If items are in stock, they will ship right away. If not, please remember that ship dates from our manufacturers are approximate. As items arrive, they will be shipped to Players Club with pre-orders first, and then to customers on a waiting list for an item. Minimum charges: $3.00 for 1st Class Mail and $8.00 for Priority Mail. Orders paid by credit card ship immediately; by money order ship when payment is received; and by check 10 business days after the check is deposited. Let us know within 10 days of your shipping notice (20 days for international) if you do not receive your order, or we may not be able to do anything about it, especially if it was not insured. Insurance: If you would like your order insured, please let us know. If you elect not to insure your package, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. International Shipping: We welcome doll collectors from everywhere, and are happy to ship to addresses anywhere in the world. We will, however, be truthful about the package contents and value on the customs forms at the Post Office. If you ask us to do otherwise, we will ignore it and ship your order anyway. Also, if you elect not to insure your package, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage. We recommend using Priority Mail International because doing so will allow us both to track your package. Guarantee: Your complete satisfaction is always guaranteed. If something is not right, we will do our best to fix it, as long as you let us know within 10 days of receiving your order. Refunds or exchanges will be arranged with you immediately, or upon receipt of the returned item, whichever best suits the situation. Returned items must be intact in their original packaging with all accessories included. We reserve the right to deny full refunds if the returned item or its packaging is damaged. Usually it is faster for you if you send a defective item straight back to the manufacturer. We will be glad to help you with this. Prices: The prices quoted are the actual manufacturers' suggested retail prices. We do not raise them to make our sale prices look cheaper. Our Players Club prices are very competitive. Joining the Players Club is easy. We designed it that way to encourage our customers to come back and buy from us again and again. We appreciate your business and want to keep you as a customer. Waiting List: We will only pre-sell as many items as we have a reasonable guarantee of receiving from our manufacturers. If we feel it is at all possible to get more, we will offer a "waiting list" status to our customers. When you opt to be placed on a waiting list for an item, we will inform you when an item arrives that we can ship to you, and you have the option of taking it or not. Nothing will be shipped or charged to you until you OK it. Cancellations: Sometimes things happen that can't be foreseen. A manufacturer may have a problem with an item and not be able to make as many as expected. Or you may run into unexpected expenses and not be able to buy as much as you pre-ordered. If we need to cancel, we will let you know as soon as possible, and try to work with you as best we can, even as far as trying to get the item from another dealer. If you need to cancel, we would appreciate it if you would also let us know as soon as possible. Once a pre-ordered item arrives at our shop, we will ship and charge your credit card within a day or two, so please keep track of your pre-orders. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of any deposits for cancelled items. Holds: Occasionally we are asked to hold items for a short period, either to wait until more items arrive and they can be shipped together, or to spread out those credit card charges. We only do this under special circumstances, only for Players Club members, and for no more than 5 days. Holds that are longer than 5 days are subject to cancellation. Sale Items: Please no returns on sale items, no other discounts, no lay-aways and no holds. Thank you. Stock Status:
We try our best to keep our website updated, but there are times when an item
will say it is "In Stock" when actually it has just sold out.
Also, delivery dates are estimates given to us by the manufacturers and we have
no control over when the item actually arrives. Therefore, all of this
