Additional Information:

• For more than 8 items, please submit a second order, or indicate in the Additional Information box.

• Deposits are required and will be charged immediately to secure your order.  The amount charged for your deposit will be at least $25 total.  The balance will be charged when your item(s) arrive and can be shipped to you.  You will have 5 days from notification to clear up any payment problems we encounter.

• You will receive a PDF copy of your Pre-Order and will be asked to check it for any mistakes.  Please do this!  Report any errors within 5 days or you may be stuck with the wrong items.  We do not want this to happen.

• If you are interested in a payment plan, please indicate under Additional Information.  Payments (of at least $100 per month) can be spread over no more than 3 months.

• For out-of-town customers, pre-orders will be shipped and charged to you as soon as they arrive here at the shop.  For local customers, we will notify you by e-mail when your items arrive and will hold them for up to 5 days, then we will charge your card and you can pick them up any time.

• We ship only to your credit card billing address, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.  Payment by credit card is required, unless you have made prior arrangements with us.  We highly discourage using debit cards over the internet.

• Shipping charges will be added and depend on the weight and your zip code.  We ship most items US Priority mail. Large or heavy boxes may be sent UPS Ground if it is more economical for you.  Insurance is optional and by request.  If no insurance, we are not responsible for loss or damage of package.  Minimum shipping charge is $9.00.  First Class is no longer offered.

• If you are outside the USA, please indicate your complete address in the boxes provided, or in the Additional Information field.  Please request insurance if you want it.
